We will be your wedding advocate in designing the overall esthetic of your day, making sure the look and feel fit your vision of the day. We start the design process off with hearing all about your wedding vision, style and preferences. From there, we create a design board full of inspiration and details that fit your style. We will assist you with floor plans and color selection, design unique decor elements, and ensure that your wedding details are tailored to you. We will then attend vendor meetings to ensure that the wedding design is being implemented as envisioned.
We will be there with unlimited advice throughout the planning, in-person, on the phone, and via email. Our team will be with you the weekend of your wedding to coordinate the rehearsal and oversee every detail of the ceremony and reception, so that you can truly relax and enjoy the day.
With this package, you get to do the fun part and make all of the final decisions, while we do all of the legwork — making the entire planning process as fun and stress-free as possible.

Our design service created for the couple that would like wedding day management, and who could also use some assistance with the wedding design and all of the details that go into it. We start the design process off with hearing all about your wedding vision, style and preferences. From there, we create a design board full of inspiration and details that fit your style. We will assist you with floor plans and color selection, design unique decor elements, and ensure that your wedding details are tailored to you. We will then attend vendor meetings, as necessary, to ensure that the wedding design is being implemented as envisioned.
6-8 weeks prior to your wedding, we will meet to discuss the logistics and finalize your wedding day itinerary. We will contact your vendor team to confirm details, distribute all outstanding balances and payments, as well as coordinate the rehearsal and oversee all wedding day activities.

Wedding day management
Our "month-of coordination" service, designed for the couple that has planned their entire wedding, but would like to have a professional overseeing the wedding day to ensure that everything goes smoothly. We will meet with you approximately 6 weeks before the wedding to discuss the details and itinerary, and to capture the essence of your wedding day. We will contact your vendor team to confirm contract details, distribute all outstanding balances and payments, as well as coordinate the rehearsal and oversee all wedding day activities

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, Venmo and Paypal. We do require an initial down payment to hold the date with a signed contract. We will then work with you to create a payment schedule that will work for you.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?
HOW YOU’RE DIFFERENT FROM ALL THE OTHER WEDDING PLANNERS OUT THERE??
YES! That’s the beauty of today’s technology. Our sessions would be virtual, so either of us can be anywhere and still plan your special day! We actually work with quite a few couples across the country. We've also worked with international couples that are coming to the states to get married near their hometowns. Having a wedding planner is quite beneficial in that situation since you most likely don’t have the time to fly in often to meet with vendors, etc. We act as your boots on the ground, attending vendor meetings and include you via video or a recap after the appointment. We are flexible!
WE’RE GETTING MARRIED IN MD/Dc BUT LIVE IN ANOTHER STATE. CAN YOU STILL HELP US?
No, we will never take on two weddings in one day. We typically don’t even take on more than one wedding per planner per weekend. This is another thing that sets us apart from other wedding planners. While doing your research you will find that many wedding planners will take on more than one wedding per weekend. We do not. This allows us to only focus on you, not another couple, in the days leading up to your special day. Plus, wedding days are exhausting for wedding planners. We are running from one end of the venue to the other, up and down stairs, directing vendors and guests, and more. It would not be fair to you for us to have a wedding the day before yours. We would not be in top shape to focus on you and your needs.
Also, when you meet with one of our wedding planners that is the planner that will be there on your wedding day. We feel it's very important that we click. Some planning companies have you meet with the head planner and then assign your wedding day planner closer to the date so you don't get to work with them through the entire process. This way we really get to know each and become familiar with each other so that on the wedding day you are able to relax more and know you can trust your planner to take care of all the wedding day details.
DO YOU TAKE ON MORE THAN ONE WEDDING PER DAY?
Definitely! This is your dream day and we are only here to assist and make it fun along the way. We guide, support and advocate for everything you envision. We will do as much, or as little, as you want us to do during the wedding planning process. We are your guide to help you traverse the decision making path, help prioritize the wants and needs, provide expert advice, connections to reputable vendors and we will always ask you what you want and we offer experienced suggestions. We happily offer opinions if you so desire as well. =)
